Welcome to Enjoy Ivoire. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from us. By accessing the Site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility & Accounts
To make a purchase on our Site, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Products, Pricing, and Availability
- Perishable Items: We specialize in authentic Ivorian culinary products, including flash-frozen items such as Attiéké and Placali.
- Product Descriptions: We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product images and descriptions. However, actual packaging or appearance may vary slightly.
- Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
- Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Defrosting During Transit: Please note that items may arrive partially or fully defrosted. This is completely normal due to transit times. As long as the products arrive in good condition (not spoil), they are safe to consume and should be placed directly into your freezer or refrigerator immediately upon arrival.
- Shipping Timing: To avoid transit delays over weekends, we generally ship orders on Mondays through Wednesdays.
- Delivery Address & Tracking: You are entirely responsible for providing accurate shipping address and monitoring tracking info. You must be available to receive the package upon delivery to ensure items are moved to a freezer immediately.
- Enjoy Ivoire is not responsible for products that spoil because they are left unattended on a doorstep or porch after delivery.
- Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Perishable Goods Policy: Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our food products, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns of food items.
- Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives completely spoiled, severely damaged, or incorrect due to our error, you must contact us at info@enjoyivoire.com or call 888-929-8808 within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging to be eligible for a replacement or store credit.
- Limitation of Liability
Enjoy Ivoire, its directors, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or the consumption of our products. Food items should be stored, handled, and prepared safely according to proper food hygiene standards once received.
- Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
